Meet Our Founder Nataliya
My name is Nataliya Malinovsky, I'm the owner of LTA, and working with children, teachers, and families is my true passion. As an early educator and a mother of three, I'd been looking for an opportunity to make a difference in young lives. I always believed that early childhood education offers a unique opportunity not only to give our children a good start and prepare them for elementary school, but also to teach them things they will carry for life.
I believe that a child's behavior is a dance between temperament, development, and what he or she has decided about how to find belonging and worth. The children always make decisions in response to their experiences, and these decisions affect who they are.
Helping children receive the best care, feel loved and encouraged, connect, and learn the skills they need to thrive has become a mission of my life and a principle on which Learning Tree Academy is built.
Our staff is bubbling with enthusiasm and creativity. We believe that children learn best through play and interaction with their surroundings. By recognizing each child's individual needs, we thoughtfully plan activities that support learning, independence, problem-solving, and social-emotional development. We also focus on building strong, respectful connections with the children, and, through this approach, we help children learn how to express their feelings and needs in healthy, age-appropriate ways. Above all, we care for each child as if they were our own.
